Re-Mix XXL
Re-Mix XXL is the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra’s annual community project. Various local groups with and without a musical background, professional and amateur musicians, (young) adults and people from various cultures and different social backgrounds prepare to take to the stage of the Queen Elisabeth Hall for a performance under the baton of Paul Griffiths. During workshops prior to the concert, they develop simple vocal basic material that is combined into several mini compositions. The concert is always a joyful celebration of music, with more than 300 participants sharing the stage.
