Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest with Lorenzo Viotti
The Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra has been steadily carving out a niche for itself, under the baton of charismatic chief conductor Lorenzo Viotti. They will be joined on stage by Lisa Batiashvili and Maximilian Hornung for Brahm’s Double Concerto. The two superstars are used to performing together and are exceptionally well attuned to each other. Viotti will then lead the orchestra in a performance of Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7, in which the sounds and spirit of his native Bohemia are more apparent than in his other works. Enjoy an evening of star power in the golden Queen Elisabeth Hall!
