SoundMine
SoundMine is an intensive composition course by Musica, Impulse Center for Music, offering intensive coaching by top-level composer-instructors. Initiated by Wim Henderickx, this biennial 'composing for orchestra' masterclass has a strong connection with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra is committed to ensuring the continuation of this project. Over five days, aspiring composers, both young and adult, push the boundaries of their musical imagination during SoundMine. They culminate their efforts in a showcase featuring a grand symphony orchestra on the stage of the Queen Elisabeth Hall. Witness their creations come to life with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.
