Martin Fröst

Martin Fröst is a clarinetist, conductor and Sony Classical recording artist. He is known for pushing his musical boundaries and his artistic collaborations worldwide. Fröst has already played with orchestras such as the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Philharmonie of New York and the Philharmonia Orchestra. In addition, Fröst is collaborating on the multi-year project 'Genesis', whose piece 'Exodus' he is playing this season together with The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. In May 2014, Fröst was the first clarinetist to be awarded the Léonie Sonning Music Prize, one of the world's greatest honours.
