Open masterclass with Simone Lamsma
Every season, the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra invites artists who give a face to its artistic focus. One of them this year is Dutch superstar Simone Lamsma.
She is respected worldwide by press, colleagues and audiences as one of the most captivating personalities in the world of classical music. With her extensive repertoire, Simone has soloed with many of the world's leading orchestras in recent seasons. 2022 saw the successful release of Simone's most recent recording, featuring late works by Rautavaara, together with the Malmö Symphony conducted by Robert Trevino.
During an open master class, Simone Lamsma will share her expertise with the next generation of violinists.You can attend the master class as an audience in the Queen Elisabeth Hall.
